 Gï¿½nï¿½llï¿½ katï¿½lï¿½m esasï¿½na dayanan Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi, kamu sosyal sigorta sisteminin tamamlayï¿½cï¿½sï¿½dï¿½r.
 Medeni haklarï¿½nï¿½ kullanma ehliyetine sahip olan herkes, bireysel birikimlerini emeklilik fonlarï¿½nda deï¿½erlendirebilir.
 Katï¿½lï¿½mcï¿½ istediï¿½i zaman katkï¿½ paylarï¿½nï¿½n getirisini de alarak sistemden ayrï¿½labilir.
 Gï¿½venli yatï¿½rï¿½m araï¿½larï¿½nï¿½ iï¿½eren Bireysel Emeklilik ï¿½irketi ve Emeklilik Fonlarï¿½ ile Portfï¿½y Yï¿½netimi ï¿½irketleri hazine ve kurulun (S.P.K.) denetimine tabiidir.
Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi dahilinde
 Medeni haklarï¿½nï¿½ kullanma ehliyetine sahip,
 56 yaï¿½ï¿½nï¿½ tamamlayan,
 En az 10 yï¿½l sistemde kalan ve asgari katkï¿½ payï¿½nï¿½ ï¿½deyen herkes emeklilik hakkï¿½ kazanï¿½r.
Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi'ne dahil olduï¿½unuzda erken ayrï¿½labilir ya da katkï¿½ payï¿½ ï¿½demeye ara verebilirsiniz. Emeklilik planï¿½nï¿½ kendiniz seï¿½ebilirsiniz. Emekliliï¿½e hak kazandï¿½ï¿½ï¿½nï¿½zda elde edeceï¿½iniz gelir, katkï¿½ paylarï¿½nï¿½n miktarï¿½na ve bunlarï¿½n getirilerine baï¿½lï¿½dï¿½r.
Emekli olduï¿½unuzda, birikimleriniz bir kï¿½smï¿½nï¿½ veya tamamï¿½nï¿½ alabilirsiniz. ï¿½sterseniz ï¿½mï¿½r boyu emekli maaï¿½ï¿½nï¿½zï¿½, yï¿½llï¿½k gelir sigortasï¿½ sï¿½zleï¿½mesi ï¿½erï¿½evesinde aylï¿½k, 3 aylï¿½k, 6 aylï¿½k yada yï¿½llï¿½k seï¿½enekleri dahilinde alabilirsiniz.
